Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in the monthly care kit?
Each care kit is tailored to the season and the trees you own. It may include specialty soil mix, fertilizer, pruning shears, wire, moss, or other supplies. Cultivator members and above receive a kit every month.
Do I need a membership to buy trees?
No — you can browse and purchase trees with a free Explorer account. Paid memberships unlock discounts, personalized matching, care tools, and mentor access.
How does tree matching work?
When you join as a Cultivator or above, we ask about your environment (light, humidity, climate zone), experience level, and aesthetic preferences. Our system then recommends species and specimens that are most likely to thrive in your care.
What if my tree arrives damaged?
We pack every tree with meticulous care, but living things are delicate. If your tree arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No contracts. All memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and still have access through the end of your paid period.
